By using Civic Flow AI you agree to these Terms, the Civic Flow AI Disclaimer, and the Privacy notice for this tool.

2. What Civic Flow AI is

Civic Flow AI is a document template tool operated by WorldTec (Pty) Ltd. It helps users generate draft documents. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. Your responsibility

• Provide accurate information
• Review every generated document before use
• Get professional advice for important matters

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Civic Flow AI for unlawful purposes, misuse the system, or present generated documents as formal legal advice from WorldTec.

5. Payments

When paid features are enabled, fees will be shown before payment. Digital template fees are generally non-refundable once generated, except where required by law.

6. Soft launch

Features may be in beta. Errors or incomplete results may occur. Use during soft launch is at your own risk.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, WorldTec is not liable for loss arising from use of Civic Flow AI templates.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
